Our website, retrosaga.ca, offers a wide variety of retro accessories from different consoles, including Nintendo, Sega, and PlayStation. We have a great collection of controllers, dust covers, HDMI adapters, RGB cables and we are constantly adding new products to our library.

In addition to offering a vast selection of accessories, we also have a community forum where players can discuss their favorite games, share tips and tricks, and connect with other retro gaming fans.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from retrosaga.ca. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
- Condition: The product must be in new and unused condition, free from any damages or defects.

If you meet these conditions and would like to request a return, please contact us at support@retrosaga.ca to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.

Exclusions

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Products that have been altered or modified after purchase
- Digital products, such as downloadable software or online subscriptions

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the conditions for a return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Assessment: Based on the information provided, we'll determine if the issue is covered by the warranty.

Shipping Fees

- Not Covered: Shipping and handling fees are not included in the warranty coverage.
- Responsibilities: You may need to cover these fees unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it’s in its original condition. Expect your refund to be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

I received the wrong item

If you receive the wrong product, please email as at support@retrosaga.ca and we will arrange the return of the wrong product & the dispatch of the correct one as soon as possible. We will cover all postage costs.
