Retro gaming and collecting is our passion here at Retro Saga. From all-night 4-player Mario Kart & Goldeneye marathons to amassing large collections for NES, SNES, Genesis & PC-Engine. We understand our customer needs and requirements for playing retro consoles in the modern era.
We pride ourselves on offering our Canadian customers a great service and product range. We fulfill all orders from Brampton, Toronto and post to Canada & the USA.

We work Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.
We only collect the information that you choose to provide us with and process it with your consent. We only require minimum personal information from you that is necessary to fulfill your order. We do not sell it or share it with any third party. We are 100% committed to keeping your data safe and never providing to any third party.
Retro Saga is totally against piracy and does not support it. Our EverDrive range is intended to be used for the following reasons
 Playing freeware games
 Playing back-up games of games you personally (physically) own
and this does not include back-ups you obtained by other methods
including downloading. You need to check if playing back-up games is
legal in your territory as laws are different in each territory.
We want all our customers to be happy with any item they purchase from us & therefore offer a 30 day return policy. All unwanted goods must be returned in the same condition as sent.
If you would like to return a faulty item or unwanted purchase, please email us at email@example.com.
Postage costs for unwanted returns must be covered by the buyer.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all products we sell on our website. If you product develops a fault within the 12 months of purchase then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist with the return & repair/replacement.
We will reimburse return postage costs for all confirmed faulty goods.
We ship all goods from our Brampton warehouse via a tracked service to Canada & the USA. Orders are dispatched the next working day unless it is placed on a Friday which is then dispatched on the Monday.
We are closed for all public bank holidays.
If you receive the wrong product, please email as at email@example.com and we will arrange the return of the wrong product & the dispatch of the correct one as soon as possible. We will cover all postage costs.
If you have purchased more than one product from us, these may be dispatched separately.
