legal in your territory as laws are different in each territory.  


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • The product must be in new and unused condition, free from any damages or defects.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, or for products that have been altered or modified after purchase. We also cannot accept returns for digital products, such as downloadable software or online subscriptions.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error.


Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the conditions for a return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Postage costs for unwanted returns must be covered by the buyer.


At, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty on all of our products.

The 12-month warranty period begins on the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

If you believe your product is defective and falls within the scope of this warranty, please contact us at to initiate the warranty process. We will require proof of purchase and may ask you to provide a description of the issue, as well as photos or videos of the product.

Based on the information you provide, we will determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty and, if so, will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not covered by the warranty, and you may be responsible for paying these fees, unless the return is a result of our error.


The following products are excluded from the 12-month warranty:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products that have been altered or modified after purchase

We ship all goods from our Toronto warehouse via a tracked service to Canada & the USA. Orders are dispatched the next working day unless it is placed on a Friday which is then dispatched on the Monday.


We are closed for all public bank holidays.

If you receive the wrong product, please email as at and we will arrange the return of the wrong product & the dispatch of the correct one as soon as possible. We will cover all postage costs.
